Friends of Cheney Row Park (FoCRP) is a not-for-profit community group managed by a committee of volunteers on behalf of local residents. Events are open to all. We run litter-picking sessions in the park and surrounding area. We also tend to trees, wildflowers and plant spring bulbs.

We cleared a section of the Folly lane footpath (green corridor, London E17). We moved a fridge, bumper car section, Lime bike, four bags or rubbish and additional larger items like wood panels, a bucket, mop, garden waste in plastic bags. We also moved a huge piece of railing onto the street, an item we have been trying to get the council to remove since November. Our main litter pick today was cancelled due to cold AND wet weather but a few enthusiasts went out later. We had ten new people signed up originally for today and hope they will come another time.
