Lewisham Litter Crew

To whom it may concern

I currently pick up litter 1x per week for c1hr along the roads in my area that I frequently use.

To get started, I contacted the local waste depot in Lewisham, to see if they would provide equipment. Unfortunately, they did not provide the 'litter picker', but were happy to provide bin bags and told me where to leave the collected rubbish.

I am not part of a group, but believe if I were to wear a branded luminous top (provided by Clean Up UK), it may encourage members of the public to approach me, or visit the website and get involved.
