Hosting a litter picking hub is an opportunity for us to live out our faith through service, showing love and care for the place we call home. By coming together to clean up our local area, we can foster a sense of unity, pride, and responsibility among residents. It’s not just about keeping our surroundings clean; it’s about demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact and serving as a beacon of hope and goodness in Leeds. Twelve King Charles Trust enjoyed a workshop on Lovie Nature Pick Litter: how not dropping litter and picking dropped litter helps nature. Picked in Hanover Square Park and park opposite Swarthmore. Nature spots included bees, butterflies, caterpillar and ants.
