Join us - we’re a collection of volunteers who want to make our area a better, cleaner and more social place! We are working on tackling litter & flytipping, restoring access to pavements, establishing a community hub, bringing back some form of banking and brightening up our area with our creative team. We are organsing the community to regenerate Ball Hill and build a sense of pride through collaboration!
Join us at our monthly litter picks on the first Sunday of every month at 1pm at the 2-Tone Village on Walsgrove Road, or you can get in touch to set up your own litter pick locally.
We have now established a Clean Up Hub at All Saints St Margaret's Church (50 Walsgrave Rd) with litter picking and gardening equipment so that people from the local community can access these tools. For drop-in times check in with the hub. Alternatively check in on the Destination Ball Hill website, Facebook or Instagram.
Equipment available includes litter pickers, bags, bag hoops, high vis vests, protective gloves and a how to guide.

Good litter pick today with volunteers clearing litter from Kingsway all the way up Walsgrave Road and down to Britain Road. All bags stacked up ready for the council collection. Also 1 brown wheelie bin was filled with litter. The meeting took place after the Litter-Pick at 2 Tone. Many thanks for letting us use this venue

Ballhillians were out in force. More rubbish than normal collected and an increase in fly tipping. New equipment from Clean-up uk came in really useful. Looking forward to getting our hi-vis jackets.
