West Heath Community Centre (at Hampstead House) has been a hub for the area for over 70 years, facilitating a wide range of activities, groups and clubs for the health and wellbeing of our citizens. We are a self-funded charity and are justifiably proud of our status within the community. Becoming a litter picking hub enables us to provide yet another way of bringing people together, to be active and to take pride in their area. It’s also a great way for different generations to do something positive together to help the environment.

I collected 4 full bags of litter around the West Heath area on behalf of Bruntwood SciTech! Specifically around Fairfax and ensuring all of the public pathways/fields/bushes were cleared of as much rubbish as possible, some of the rubbish is hard to access, but I did all I could on this occasion/visit.
