Peter Hall (Patron) is Executive Chairman of Hunter Hall International Limited, one of the world’s largest ethical investment managers.
Martyn Hedley (Patron)
Martyn Hedley (Patron) spent his working life in the City of London at Willis, a leading global insurance broker, achieving the position of Chairman in their Aviation Division.
Rev Canon Roger Royle (Patron)
Rev Canon Roger Royle (Patron) writes : From an early age two things were made clear to me by my mother. I was to stand up on a bus and let someone older sit down. I was not to drop litter and if I saw litter I was to pick it up.
Lorraine Chase (Patron)
Lorraine Chase (Patron) was brought up in Lewisham, south-east London. After working as a model, she shot to fame with her appearance in the 1970s “Luton airport” Campari advert.
Kami Lamakan (Patron)
Kami Lamakan (Patron) was born in downtown Tehran but brought up in suburban Torquay. Although his formal education was in business, he says he learnt most of what he knows about the human conditio
Mick May (Patron)
Mick May (Patron) has spent over 2 and a half decades working in the charitable world, as a trustee, an executive, a chair and a patron.
Nigel Biggar (Patron)
Nigel Biggar (Patron) is the Regius Professor of Moral and Pastoral Theology at the University of Oxford, director of the McDonald Centre for Theology, Ethics, and Public Life, and a Canon of Christ Church Cathedral in Oxford.
Samantha Harding (Patron)
Samantha Harding (Patron) has worked in the non-profit sector for over 25 years. Motivated by injustice and inequality, she has worked on a range of social and environmental issues within a wide variety of organisations.
Elizabeth Passey (Patron)
Elizabeth Passey (Patron) is proud to be a Patron of CleanupUK. She is a Member of the Board of the National Lottery Community Fund, Chairman of the Rural Payments Agency, Chairman (Convener) of the University of Glasgow, and Non-Executive Director of VPC Specialty Lending Investments.
Dee Bingham (Patron)
Dee Bingham (Patron) previously worked at Keep Britain Tidy for 22 years and brings a range of experience, with a special interest in the law and legal issues relating to litter.

Trustees

Astrid Kjellberg-Obst (Chair of the Trustees)
Astrid Kjellberg-Obst (Chair of the Trustees) was appointed as Trustee in June 2018. Born and educated in Belgium, and with two master degrees to her name, Astrid has over 18 years’ housing management experience including senior roles at Sanctuary Housing Group.
Anastasia Bloom (Trustee)
Has spent most of her career in international banking focusing on business development in emerging markets.
Jane Garrett (Trustee)
Jane Garrett (Trustee) was appointed to the Board of Trustees in May 2017. Jane was previously CEO of CL:AIRE and led the launch of an authoritative definition of waste for use by the development industry.
Mike Walsh (Trustee)
Mike Walsh (Trustee) had an international working career, including 27 years working in Saudi Arabia, that brought wide and successful business experience. He was Chairman for 3 years of Riyadh Group of British Businessmen, who try to promote the growth of trade in goods and services between Britain and Saudi Arabia.
Henrietta Chubb (Trustee)
Living in the countryside, Henrietta Chubb (Trustee) is only too aware of the damaging impact litter has on the environment and wildlife there and the dispiriting effect litter has on one’s surroundings. She believes littering is a reflection on how people feel about themselves, the area they choose to litter and their community.
Harry Machin (Trustee)
Harry Machin (Trustee) is a life member of Friends of the Earth and likes their slogan ‘Think globally, act locally’. He lives in Peterborough, where he co-ordinates a ‘RiverCare’ group that looks after the environment of a section of the River Nene and keeps the surrounding area clear of litter.
Annie Harrison (Trustee)
Annie Harrison (Trustee) enjoyed a 25-year career in public relations working mainly in the built environment – her largest collaborative project being Eurotunnel, as it transitioned from a construction company into a train operating company.
Georgina Fletcher (Trustee)
Georgina Fletcher (Trustee) is the Project Officer for BioImagingUK, a community network that represents life scientists who work with microscopes.  Previously, she has worked as a post-doctoral research scientist at several of Europe’s top research institutes including the Francis Crick Institute, Cancer Research UK and the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Heidelberg where she studied how epithelial cells polarise their axes.
Ashley Gray (Trustee)
Ashley Gray (Trustee) has track record as an environmental campaigner from his first job in the 1980’s as an intern for a US Senator responsible for the Chesapeake Bay to renewable energy campaigns in Somerset, Devon & Cornwall.

George Monck (Chief Executive)
George Monck (Chief Executive) is passionate about helping people to strengthen their communities by getting together to pick up litter. Since CleanupUK started focusing on helping people living in deprived areas, he has been impressed by how the simple act of coming together to improve their local area has led to people feeling not only part of a friendlier community but also safer too.
Sarah Hayes (Project Manager)
Sarah Hayes (Project Manager) manages the Project Coordinators supporting people on CleanupUK’s projects setting up community cleanup activities in north and east London and in Birmingham.
