Emma, I have developed a severe case of tourettes this morning!!!!! 🤬🤬 Prestedge Avenue never fail to NOT disappoint!!! 6 bags in total collected from the alleyways and fields behind Prestedge Avenue, alleyway opposite Premier shop and West Dumpton Lane. One builders bags full of crap, 3 bike wheels, copious amounts of household waste. Reported the overgrown hedges and alleyways to the council for the 4th time 😭 John, Hi Sue, please can you record 1 bag of litter collected from along the Pegwell Clifftop from Coastguard Cottages to top end of Hoverport. The other bag in the picture is from yesterday and not to be recorded as it was counted yesterday. Thanks.

Dawn, One bag Boundary Park 🙃 John, 1 bag picked today from around the public bin. Pegwell Road generally speaking is remaining virtually litter free. Most litter is from the public bins that overspill when filled with household waste observed placed in them. The overfilled bins have been reported to Thanet District Council.

Steve litter picked Winterstoke Gardens and local area. Much better than Saturday. All rubbish bins empty and the area around them clean! 👍😀. Well done! Bulk of the waste was 6 large articles of clothing, abandoned in one of the shelters. Clothing bank divers or charity shop thieves sorting out what they want and dumping the rest. Lovely. 🙄

Steve and Dave litter picked Winterstoke Gardens. Don’t normally litter pick on a Saturday, but the litter was a disgrace, where the dumped rubbish had been scavenged by foxes, seagulls and rats. The bins all along the Gardens and Victoria Parade have not been emptied for some days. Wednesday’s waste was still by the bin. The problems that people seem to have been experiencing with waste collection has resulted in the waste bins being filled with bags of domestic waste. Crammed full! So, what with the mountains of dog shot bags, it was disgusting. I pity the workers having to deal with it all. 👏👍
