We took part in the Great British Beach Clean event, from Clacton. Our start point was Clacton Pier to East Clacton. In the group were Nicky, Kerry and Albie. Sarah, Cllr Andy Baker, and myself, as well as Sarah Hayes from Cleanup UK who joined us for a bit before catching up with other groups along the coast who were taking part, including the TPRS Cleanup UK hub. We founds lots of black cable ties of all sizes and bizarre find on a beach were quite a few red rawl plugs along the shoreline! Everyone enjoyed the event and taking part.
