Our environment needs a little Pick-me-up, and this summer we are committed to taking simple yet impactful actions to care for our planet.
Pick-me-ups offer simple activities to keep you connected with nature and cherish your local environment, whether it's your street, garden, nearby park, or community green space.
Our activities range from picking up litter to planting seeds, recycling, and upcycling, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Why take part?
Plastic pollution, climate change, habitat loss and harmful pesticides are all taking their toll on our planet. Litter in particular remains a persistent problem, with over 2 million pieces dropped every day in the UK alone. It's no surprise that our environment is struggling.
