Early start this morning. One of my usual routes into town stopping at Italian gardens. An extreme quantity of cans and other litter this morning with much evidence of drug taking as well. No syringes fortunately. Be careful out there as they must be somewhere about. Had to leave a large quantity of cans and litter by one bench as two individuals where still asleep there. Collected a total of two bags full.

This evening we spent an hour and half on the beach, collecting 4 bags of rubbish between Tropicana and Cove Kiosk ,probably the worst amount of rubbish we’ve seen in such short length of the beach!

Only one carrier bag collected this morning when walking the dog and that's only because the carrier bag was in the hedge but most days I pick up at least 6 items on my dog walk. My dog doesn't like me litter picking, it spoils a good walk 🙈

Late evening & an early morning litter picking sessions.
Went out yesterday evening, starting in Ashcombe park and along Milton road into and around town. Not too bad in town, guessing another super litter picker had already been through in certain areas. 2 bags collected. Different story this morning, started in Alfred street and towards floral clock. I've never seen so much litter in the area. Collected 2 bags full before I got to the High street. Another 1 bag filled in pedestrian area opposite the pier. Going to be a warm one today. ☀️

After that, I ran out of trash bags, so I asked this shop: Birnbeck Convenience Store Premier. I would like to thank them very much from here; they were more than happy to help me and gave me trash bags. So, I continued cleaning this area."
