The day of action with Surfers Against Sewage was finally here 💪and I joined Debbie Apted and everyone at "beach" in the Italian Gardens. We brought the plastic we hate the most (bags, bottles, nets, broken toys, wet wipes and dump it on the mini beach as a powerful protest!
The The Mayor of Weston-super-Mare joined us and there was singing, from the #RhythmicReds
Thank you all for helping us send a clear message ahead of the Global Plastics Treaty talks: #EnoughIsEnough
It was November 2017 that I was proud to put the Plastic Free motion to Weston-super-Mare Town Council
We have done so much - but there is more to do !
