Another glorious day. 3 hours litter picking. 5 x Keep Britain Tidy bags filled.
Ellenborough Park East and by the parked cars along Ellenborough Park North and South.
Then Walliscote Road to the town hall. To beach front via Carlton Street and along the prom to Melrose Carpark.
The most rubbish was over the wall in Dolphin Square and motorcycle parking. I only cleared it on Monday. 🤬
It’s obviously too far to walk to the bin by Bistrot Pierre.
Maybe they need their own bin? 🚯🚮🗑️

🚯🚯The Great British Spring Clean:
The last two days Simon’s been out in the local Worle area litter picking in the areas of Maltlands, footpath by the railway bridge, over the bridge, back along Locking Road to Mead Vale and down through Mead Vale to Mallard Walk.
He also had an hour or so working on The Broadway, from the Tesco shop to the railway bridge, going towards the hospital. Time spent = approx. three hours, collected four and a half bags of mixed rubbish (which he put into local bins), recycling taken home and put in our own recycling facility.

3 hours litter picking today is in the sunshine. 5 x Keep Britain Tidy bags filled.
Mainly around Ellenborough Park North and South beach end.
Usual rubbish by the parked cars being cans, bottles and take away cartons.
There was also a large sheet of plywood in the park. Not sure if this is fly tipping or something to do with the team clearing Ellenborough Park? Photo attached with map showing location.
Walked along beach lawns to the big wheel litter picking on route.
The forecast is looking good. I’m trying to do minimum of 3 bags a day to fulfil my target of 40 bags 🚯🚮🗑️🤞
